OUR STORY
From Paris Streets to Miami Beats
French Swing Collective falls under the umbrella of the French Horn Collective, created by Paris-born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Vincent Raffard. Seeking new rhythms and cross-cultural collaborations, Vincent assembled a group of world-class musicians from across the globe, and something magical took shape.

What began as a shared love of Gypsy Jazz and French chanson soon expanded into a genre-defying, joy-fueled ensemble known for its infectious energy and eclectic sound. Blending French originals with American swing, and improvisational flair, the Collective embodies not just a global spirit, but a deeply human one.

French Swing Collective brings their lively performances to stages of all sizes, from intimate jazz trios to the full 9-piece powerhouse ensemble. Whether performing for festivals, concert halls, galas, or private events, they offer an experience that’s a celebration of connection, language, and joy. Every show is a moment to move, smile, and be transported.
Meet The Musicians

Vincent Raffard
Vincent Raffard is a Paris-born singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist known for his work on trumpet, guitar, and musical direction. In 2006, Vincent composed the full soundtrack for Célestin, a children’s album released by Sony/BMG and based on an educational cartoon series — an early milestone in his diverse and evolving musical journey.
Over the past two decades, Vincent has released eight albums spanning a wide musical spectrum — from traditional French Gypsy jazz to Electro World Music. His compositions are as lyrical as they are melodic, with storytelling and emotion playing an integral role in both his songwriting and his live performances.
A seasoned performer, Vincent has played on many of Paris’ most iconic stages, including L’Olympia, where he played trumpet for Augustin, who opened for French artist Mano Solo in January 2005. Since relocating to South Florida in 2007, he has become a fixture of the Miami music scene, performing regularly at top-tier venues and hotels, and earning a reputation for charisma, musical versatility, and connection with audiences.
In 2012, he founded The French Horn Collective, a genre-blending ensemble that quickly gained recognition for its dynamic live shows. Under Vincent’s direction, the group has performed over 150 times a year, from intimate jazz clubs to international stages in Belgium, Paris, Argentina, Puerto Rico, New York City, and California.
Now performing as French Touch Collective, Vincent continues to lead with passion and originality — blending his French roots with the rhythm and spirit of global music.
